1. Shipping Methods: 

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery, while express shipping delivers within 1-3 business days, depending on your location. 

2. Shipping Charges:

*We offer Free shipping on all orders over $500 within Australia. Flat rate of $20 for all orders under $500. Some larger items will incur a higher shipping cost. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before finalising your purchase. 

3. Free Shipping: 

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $500 within Australia. Please note that this offer excludes bulky or oversized items, which may incur additional shipping charges.  

4. Order Processing Time: 

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. 

5. International Shipping:

At this time, we only ship within Australia. We do not offer international shipping. 

6. Delivery Issues:

 If you encounter any issues with your delivery, such as delays or damaged packages, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. 

7. Shipping Restrictions:

Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers due to the size and weight of our products. Additionally, we do not ship to remote areas or overseas territories within Australia.
